Ingredientes:

4 xícaras (chá) de leite de castanhas

½ xícara (chá) de agave

1 colher (sopa) de amido de milho

1 colher (sopa) de cacau em pó

1 colher (chá) essência de baunilha

Modo de preparo:

Bater todos os ingredientes no liquidificador, menos a essência de baunilha. Coloque a mistura em uma panela e mexa bem, em fogo baixo, ate engrossa. Desligue e acrescente a essência de baunilha. Se necessário, adoce mais.

Coloque em um recipiente, deixe esfriar e coloque na geladeira.
