Ingredientes:

200 g de quinoa em grãos;
200 g de aveia em flocos finos;
100 g de cenoura ralada;
100 g de abobrinha ralada;
100 g de cebola picada;
60 ml de azeite extra virgem;
1 pitada de noz moscada;
1 gema de ovo;
sal a gosto;
pimenta a gosto.


Modo de preparo:

Em uma panela, cozinhe a quinoa lavada na água com sal por aproximadamente 20 minutos. Reserve. Em uma frigideira, acrescente o azeite e refogue a cebola, a abobrinha e a cenoura por poucos minutos. Em um recipiente, junte a quinoa, os ingredientes refogados e os demais ingredientes. Misture até formar uma massa uniforme. Separe a massa em porções e molde os hambúrgueres. Coloque em uma assadeira untada com azeite e leve ao forno até dourar. Na metade do tempo vire do outro lado. Sirva com e salada.
