Ingredientes:

250g de feijão branco cozido

1 xícara (chá) de água

2 colheres (sopa) de farinha de arroz

2 colheres (sopa) de fécula de batata

1 colher (sopa) de azeite

1 colher (chá) de goma xantana

1 pitada de sal

Modo de preparo:

Bater tudo no liquidificador e depois levar ao fogo, mexendo bem para engrossar, até soltar da panela. Deixe esfriar. Fazer as bolinhas e rechear com o recheio de sua preferência (carne moída, legumes, etc.).

Rende cerca de 12 bolinhos.
