Ingredientes:

1 xícara (chá) de polvilho doce

½ xícara (chá) de farinha de arroz

½ xícara (chá) de fécula de batata

3 colheres (sopa) cheias de coco ralado

2 colheres (sopa) cheias de manteiga ou óleo de coco

1 ovo

½ xícara (chá) de leite de coco

4 colheres (sopa) de adoçante culinário em pó

1 pitada de sal

Modo de preparo:

Misturar bem os ingredientes secos. Acrescentar os outros ingredientes e misturar bem. Se precisar, colocar mais farinha de arroz ou  leite de coco ( a consistência é mais pra duro). Em uma assadeira untada, colocar em forma de bolachinha e assar em forno pré aquecido (180°C) por cerca de 20 minutos, ou até dourar embaixo (em cima fica mais clarinho).
